Mindfulness, CBT, counselling, therapy, Brighton and Hove
If you would like to book an appointment, please contact me by phone or email. An initial session allows us to talk about your issues and discuss options. If you choose to continue having therapy with me, we will arrange regular appointments and agree on the number of sessions.

Fees
For individual therapy
  • Initial one-off session: £30
  • Further sessions: £65
  • Concessionary rates available
  • N.B. If you have personal or employer-assisted insurance, your therapy fees may be covered.
For mindfulness training, see below or ask me.
For mindfulness-based supervision, please contact me.
For referral service enquiries, please contact me.

Location
My main practice is based in a quiet residential building in Brighton (Queens Park / Elm Grove area) with free parking available and well serviced by bus routes. Regrettably, there is no disabled access.

Courses / events
Next 8-week Mindfulness for Everyday Living course: dates and venue info will appear here in due course.
Apologies, I am not currently offering MBCT courses open to self-referral.
